INGREDIENTS FOR THE PULLED PORK BURGER

800g Pork Shoulder

1 bottle of Bull’s-Eye Sweet Whiskey BBQ Sauce

1 White Onion (chopped)

1/2 tbsp of Salt

1/2 tbsp of Black Pepper

1/2 tbsp of Smoked Paprika

1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder

1/2 cup of Water

 

For the Coleslaw:

1/2 red pepper

1/4 white cabbage

1/4 purple cabbage

1 carrot

1/4 cucumber

100g of mayonnaise

1/4 white onion

METHOD
1.
Place all the ingredients for the pulled pork in a slow cooker, mix together with a wooden spoon and cook at 90C for 5 hours.
2.
After 5 hours, use the wooden spoon to pull the pork.
3.
Put the slow cooker on high,continue cooking until the liquid has mostly evaporated and set aside.
4.
In a bowl, add all the coleslaw ingredients (grated or chopped, you decide) with the mayonnaise and mix well.
5.
Toast your buns, top your bottom bun with the coleslaw then with pulled pork, add some extra Sweet Whiskey Bull's Eye BBQ!
