Simple wings are the best. Quick and easy but highly additive. Expect a slow but sure build up of heat.

20X CHICKEN WINGS

10G CAYENNE PEPPER

10G BULL’S-EYE LOUISIANA CHIPOTLE WITH CAJUN SPICES HOT SAUCE

40G FLOUR

METHOD
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.
Use two bowls for coating - the first for flour and cayenne pepper, the second for the Bull's-Eye Louisiana Chipotle with Cajun Spices hot sauce.
3.
Time to get stuck in. Coat the wings in the flour mix then generously dunk in the hot sauce.
4.
Grill the wings on an oven plate for 20 mins.
