500g PORK SHOULDER

500ml OF CHICKEN STOCK

1 BOTTLE OF BULL'S-EYE SMOKEY BACON FLAVOURED BBQ SAUCE

12 BRIOCHE BUNS

12 LETTUCE LEAVES

 

FOR THE SLAW

4 tbsp OF MAYONNAISE

2 tbsp. BUTTERMILK (OPTIONAL)

½ CABBAGE, FINELY SHREDDED

1 RED ONION, FINELY SLICED

1 CARROT, GRATED

METHOD
1.
Cook pork shoulder in 500ml of chicken stock for 2.5 hours at 150 degrees, turning every hour.

While pork is cooking, prepare slaw. Wash and shred the cabbage, grate the carrot and slice the onion into small pieces. Combine your fresh veg mix with the mayo and the buttermilk and place in the fridge

After 2.5-3 hours or when pork starts to pull apart easily, use a fork to shred the pork into small pieces. Mix in Bull`s-Eye smokey bacon flavored BBQ sauce and coat thoroughly so every piece of pulled pork is covered in BBQ sauce.

Next, slice the buns and toast them until golden.

Build your pulled pork sliders with layers of lettuce, meat, and a generous helping of slaw. Customise the fillings to suit your taste.
