2 X 200g FLANK STEAKS

BLACK PEPPER

150g CHEDDAR CHEESE

4 ONIONS

SLICED JALAPENOS

METHOD
1.
Massage salt, pepper and olive oil into your flank steaks.
2.
Get your BBQ to 250°C.
3.
Grill your steaks perfectly on each side. We recommend 1 minute each side for medium rare.
4.
Add a glug of oil into a frypan and cook the onions until slightly softened. Slice steaks into 1 cm strips and add to onions.
5.
Add steak and onions to sub rolls. Top with cheddar cheese, jalapenos, gherkins and a generous amount of Bull's-Eye Tangy Tomato BBQ Sauce.
