When the question is what juicy cut of steak do I want? The answer is always Rib-eye.

METHOD
1.
Get the BBQ smoking hot. We’re talking 220°c +. With meat this good, the quicker the sear the better.
2.
Allow rib-eye to sit out of the fridge until it reaches room temperature. Roughly 30 minutes.
3.
When ready to start cooking your rib-eye steaks, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Lay the steaks onto the BBQ away from you.
4.
Cook steak to your liking. We recommend an internal temperature of 57° for medium rare. Check out this link to learn how to cook the perfect steak.
5.
Remove from the barbecue and let rest for 10 minutes.
6.
Whilst the steak is resting, crack open a cold beer. Serve with Bullseye Original BBQ sauce.
